Responsibilities
- Accurately pick, pack, and ship inventory using RF scanners
- Maintain organized warehouse shelves and clean workstations
- Operate pallet jacks and forklifts (with certification)
- Perform quality control checks on outgoing shipments
- Adhere to OSHA safety protocols at all times
- Assist with inventory counts and cycle counts
- Collaborate with team members to meet daily production targets
Qualifications
- Must be 18+ with valid ID and SSN
- Ability to stand/walk 8+ hours per shift
- Basic computer literacy and smartphone access
- Warehouse experience preferred but not required
- Ability to lift up to 50 lbs repeatedly
- Reliable transportation to North San Jose facility
- Must pass pre-employment drug screen
- Flexible availability for morning/afternoon shifts
