Responsibilities
- Efficiently sort, pack, and ship products in fast-paced warehouse environment
- Operate material handling equipment (pallet jacks, forklifts with certification)
- Maintain accurate inventory counts and documentation
- Adhere to strict safety protocols and OSHA standards
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to meet daily targets
- Perform quality checks on incoming/outgoing shipments
- Assist with loading/unloading trucks and dock operations
Qualifications
- Previous warehouse or logistics experience preferred (not required)
- Ability to lift 50+ pounds repeatedly and stand for 8+ hours
- Valid state ID and ability to pass background/drug screening
- Basic math skills for inventory management
- Reliable transportation to industrial areas (Dearborn, Hamtramck)
- Availability for morning/afternoon shifts (5am-5pm)
- Team player with strong attention to detail
- Forklift certification a plus (training available)
