Responsibilities
- Perform accurate inventory management and stock rotation
- Operate warehouse equipment (pallet jacks, forklifts with certification)
- Load/unload shipments and verify delivery accuracy
- Maintain clean and organized workstations
- Adhere to OSHA safety protocols at all times
- Assist with order fulfillment and packing processes
- Complete daily shift reports and documentation
Qualifications
- Must be 18+ with valid ID and ability to pass background check
- Basic math skills and attention to detail required
- Ability to stand/walk for 8+ hours and lift up to 50 lbs
- Forklift certification preferred but not required (training provided)
- Reliable transportation to job sites in Nashville area
- Positive attitude and strong work ethic
- Previous warehouse experience preferred
