- Receive and Inspect: Receive incoming shipments, verify contents against packing slips, and inspect for damage.
- Pick and Pack: Accurately pick and pack orders using warehouse management systems (WMS) to ensure customer satisfaction.
- Inventory Management: Maintain accurate inventory records and ensure stock levels are organized and accessible.
- Equipment Operation: Safely operate forklifts, pallet jacks, and other warehouse equipment as required.
- Safety Compliance: Adhere to all OSHA safety standards and company protocols to maintain a safe work environment.
Qualifications
- Experience: Previous warehouse experience is preferred but not required; on-the-job training provided.
- Physical Requirements: Ability to lift up to 50 lbs repeatedly and stand for extended periods.
- Availability: Must be available to work flexible hours, including weekends and holidays.
- Transportation: Reliable personal transportation is required.
- Attention to Detail: Strong organizational skills and the ability to follow instructions precisely.
