Responsibilities
- Efficiently sort, scan, and package inventory using barcode scanners and packing equipment
- Operate pallet jacks and forklifts (certification provided) to move goods within warehouse
- Perform quality control checks to ensure order accuracy and product safety
- Maintain organized stock areas and follow FIFO inventory rotation protocols
- Collaborate with team to meet daily shipping/receiving targets
- Document all transactions using digital inventory management systems
- Adhere to OSHA safety guidelines and warehouse cleanliness standards
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent (GED)
- Ability to lift up to 50 lbs regularly and stand for extended periods
- Basic computer skills for inventory software operation
- Forklift certification or willingness to obtain company-provided training
- Reliable transportation to warehouse location
- Strong attention to detail and time-management skills
