Responsibilities
- Accurately sort, scan, and package inventory in climate-controlled facilities
- Operate electric pallet jacks and hand trucks (training provided)
- Maintain clean, organized workstations and follow safety protocols
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to meet daily production goals
- Complete digital inventory counts using handheld scanners
- Adapt to rotating shifts including early mornings, evenings, and weekends
Qualifications
- Must be 18+ years old with valid government-issued ID
- Ability to lift 40-50 lbs repeatedly and stand/walk 8+ hours
- Basic computer literacy for digital inventory systems
- Reliable transportation to Northwest DC locations
- Pass mandatory background check and drug screening
- Prior warehouse or logistics experience preferred but not required
- Must bring own steel-toed boots on first day
