Responsibilities
- Perform accurate inventory management and order fulfillment in climate-controlled warehouse environments
- Operate material handling equipment (pallet jacks, forklifts) with OSHA compliance
- Process inbound/outbound shipments using WMS systems and barcode scanners
- Maintain strict quality control standards for packaged goods and perishables
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to meet daily productivity targets
- Adhere to safety protocols and maintain organized workspace standards
Qualifications
- Minimum 6 months warehouse or logistics experience preferred
- OSHA certification or willingness to obtain upon hire
- Ability to lift 50+ pounds repeatedly and stand for 8+ hours
