Responsibilities
- Pick, pack, and prepare orders with high accuracy and efficiency to meet daily targets.
- Operate powered industrial equipment (e.g., forklifts, pallet jacks) safely and according to OSHA guidelines.
- Load and unload trucks using proper handling techniques to ensure product integrity.
- Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work area in compliance with all safety regulations.
- Inspect merchandise for damage or defects before shipping and report discrepancies immediately.
- Utilize warehouse management systems (WMS) to track inventory levels and update stock data.
- Collaborate with team leads to optimize workflow and resolve logistical challenges.
Qualifications
- High school diploma or GED equivalent required.
- Ability to lift, carry, and maneuver heavy objects (up to 50 lbs) repeatedly throughout the shift.
- Basic computer literacy and experience with handheld scanners is a plus.
- Strong attention to detail and ability to follow written and verbal instructions precisely.
- Flexibility to work various shifts, including nights, weekends, and holidays as needed.
- Must pass a background check and drug screening prior to employment.
- Previous experience in a warehouse or logistics setting is preferred but not required.
