Responsibilities
- Load and unload trucks using forklifts, pallet jacks, and hand trucks in a safe and efficient manner.
- Package, wrap, and label merchandise accurately for shipment.
- Sort, organize, and maintain inventory stock in the warehouse aisles.
- Operate scanning equipment to ensure accurate order fulfillment and inventory tracking.
- Perform daily cleaning and organization of the work area to maintain safety standards.
- Assist in the preparation of orders for delivery to clients in the Charlotte area.
- Report any damaged goods, safety hazards, or equipment malfunctions immediately.
Qualifications
- High school diploma or GED preferred.
- Ability to lift up to 50 pounds repeatedly throughout the shift.
- Previous warehouse or logistics experience is a plus but not required (we train).
- Strong attention to detail and ability to follow written and verbal instructions.
- Basic math skills for counting stock and handling transactions.
- Must be able to stand for extended periods and work in various weather conditions.
- Must pass a background check and drug screening.
