Responsibilities
- Accurately pick, pack, and prepare merchandise for shipment according to customer orders.
- Operate material handling equipment (e.g., forklifts, pallet jacks) safely and efficiently.
- Conduct daily inventory counts and maintain accurate stock levels in the warehouse.
- Ensure the warehouse floor is clean, organized, and adheres to strict safety protocols.
- Load and unload trucks efficiently to meet daily delivery deadlines.
- Assist in maintaining a positive team environment and reporting operational issues.
Qualifications
- High school diploma or GED equivalent preferred.
- Ability to lift and move items weighing up to 50 lbs repeatedly with or without assistance.
- Basic computer literacy and ability to use handheld scanners or barcode readers.
- Strong attention to detail and ability to follow standard operating procedures (SOPs).
- Flexibility to work varying shifts, including nights, weekends, and overtime as needed.
- Willingness to undergo a background check and drug screen.
