Responsibilities
- Pick, pack, and ship customer orders with 99.9% accuracy and efficiency.
- Operate warehouse machinery, including forklifts and pallet jacks, adhering to all safety protocols.
- Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work environment in compliance with OSHA standards.
- Conduct regular inventory counts and reconcile stock discrepancies quickly.
- Load and unload freight trucks using proper equipment and techniques.
- Collaborate with team leads to optimize workflow and meet daily productivity targets.
- Ensure all shipping labels and documentation are accurate and up to date.
Qualifications
- High school diploma or GED equivalent is preferred.
- Previous warehouse or logistics experience is a plus but not required.
- Ability to lift up to 50 lbs repeatedly and stand for extended periods.
- Basic computer literacy and familiarity with handheld scanning devices.
- Reliable transportation and valid ID available for work.
- Forklift certification (Class A/B/C) is a major plus but training may be provided.
