Responsibilities
- Pick, pack, and ship customer orders accurately and efficiently to meet daily production targets.
- Operate warehouse equipment, including forklifts, pallet jacks, and handheld scanners, safely and in compliance with OSHA standards.
- Inspect incoming and outgoing shipments for damage, accuracy, and completeness.
- Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work environment at all times.
- Load and unload trucks using proper lifting techniques and equipment.
- Collaborate with team leads to resolve inventory discrepancies and workflow bottlenecks.
- Adhere to all company safety policies and standard operating procedures (SOPs).
Qualifications
- High school diploma or GED preferred; equivalent experience considered.
- Ability to lift up to 50 lbs repeatedly and stand for extended periods.
- Basic computer skills and familiarity with warehouse management systems (WMS) is a plus.
- Strong attention to detail and ability to follow verbal and written instructions.
- Must be able to pass a background check and drug screen.
- Valid driver's license (not required for warehouse duties but preferred for yard work).
- Previous experience in a warehouse, logistics, or manufacturing setting is a plus but not mandatory.
