Responsibilities
- Accurately package and sort products in a fast-paced warehouse environment
- Operate material handling equipment (pallet jacks, forklifts with certification)
- Perform quality control checks and inventory management tasks
- Maintain clean and organized workstations to meet safety standards
- Collaborate with team members to meet daily production targets
- Follow all company protocols and safety guidelines
- Assist with loading/unloading shipments as needed
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent (GED)
- Ability to lift up to 50 lbs repeatedly
- Basic math skills for inventory counting
- Reliable transportation to our Columbus facility
- Positive attitude and willingness to learn
- Previous warehouse experience preferred but not required
- Ability to stand for 8+ hours in a climate-controlled environment
