Responsibilities
- Load, unload, and sort merchandise efficiently using appropriate equipment such as pallet jacks and forklifts (certification preferred).
- Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work environment in compliance with OSHA regulations.
- Perform accurate inventory checks and stock rotation to prevent waste.
- Inspect incoming and outgoing shipments for damages and ensure proper documentation.
- Collaborate with team leads to meet daily production and safety goals.
- Assist in general warehouse maintenance and organization tasks.
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent (GED) preferred.
- Previous warehouse or logistics experience is a plus but not required for enthusiastic candidates.
- Ability to lift, push, and pull items weighing up to 50 lbs repeatedly.
- Basic computer literacy and ability to use handheld scanners.
- Strong attention to detail and time management skills.
- Must be able to work flexible shifts, including nights, weekends, and holidays as needed.
