Responsibilities
- Process incoming shipments and organize inventory in climate-controlled warehouse
- Operate electric pallet jacks and material handling equipment safely
- Pick and pack orders with 99.5% accuracy using handheld scanners
- Maintain clean and organized workstations following OSHA standards
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams during peak shipping seasons
- Complete digital shift reports via our mobile workforce platform
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent (GED)
- Basic math and inventory counting skills
- Ability to lift 50+ pounds regularly with proper technique
- Reliable transportation to our Northside location
- Flexibility to work mornings, afternoons, or overnight shifts
- Pass pre-employment background check and drug screen
- Previous warehouse experience preferred but not required
