Responsibilities
- Efficiently package and ship products using automated systems
- Manage inventory with barcode scanning and data entry
- Operate powered industrial equipment (forklift/pallet jack with training)
- Maintain clean and organized workstations and storage areas
- Collaborate with team members to meet daily production targets
- Adhere to all OSHA safety protocols and company guidelines
- Assist with loading/unloading trucks using proper lifting techniques
Qualifications
- Must be 18+ years old and eligible to work in the US
- Ability to stand/walk for 8+ hours and lift up to 50 lbs
- Basic computer skills for inventory tracking systems
- Reliable transportation to our industrial facility
- Positive attitude and willingness to learn new processes
- Previous warehouse experience preferred but not required
