Responsibilities
- Efficiently sort, pack, and ship consumer goods in climate-controlled facilities
- Operate electric pallet jacks and material handling equipment (training provided)
- Maintain accurate inventory counts using RF scanners and digital systems
- Adhere to OSHA safety protocols and maintain clean workstations
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to meet daily production targets
- Participate in cycle counts and quality assurance inspections
- Report equipment malfunctions and safety hazards immediately
Qualifications
- Ability to lift 50+ pounds repeatedly with proper technique
- Valid state ID and ability to pass background check (no felonies)
- Previous warehouse or logistics experience preferred but not required
- Availability for morning/afternoon shifts (6am-6pm)
- Basic math skills for inventory reconciliation
- Comfortable working in refrigerated environments (10-15°C)
- Reliable transportation to South Seattle industrial area
