Responsibilities
- Package, label, and prepare shipments for daily dispatch
- Operate warehouse equipment (forklifts, pallet jacks) with proper safety protocols
- Inventory management and stock rotation using digital systems
- Maintain clean, organized work areas and compliance with OSHA standards
- Collaborate with team members to meet daily production targets
- Assist with receiving and unloading of incoming shipments
- Document transactions accurately in warehouse management software
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent (GED)
- Ability to lift up to 50 pounds regularly
- Basic computer literacy and willingness to learn new systems
- Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
- Valid government-issued ID and reliable transportation
- Ability to work flexible shifts including weekends
- Pass pre-employment background check and drug screening
- Previous warehouse experience preferred but not required
