Responsibilities
- Accurately receive, sort, and ship products using RF scanners and warehouse management systems
- Maintain organized inventory records and conduct cycle counts to ensure accuracy
- Operate material handling equipment (pallet jacks, forklifts) with strict safety protocols
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to optimize workflow efficiency
- Adhere to OSHA and company safety standards at all times
- Process returns and damaged goods according to established procedures
- Assist in maintaining a clean, organized, and hazard-free work environment
Qualifications
- Minimum 6 months of warehouse or logistics experience preferred
- Valid forklift certification or willingness to obtain immediately
- Ability to lift up to 50 lbs regularly and stand for extended periods
- Proficient with basic inventory management systems and RF scanning
- Strong attention to detail with excellent time management skills
- Reliable transportation and punctual attendance record
- Ability to pass mandatory background check and drug screening
- Experience working in temperature-controlled environments a plus
