Responsibilities
- Load, unload, and move freight, materials, and equipment safely and efficiently to ensure timely delivery.
- Pick and pack customer orders with high accuracy and speed to maintain inventory levels.
- Verify and inspect incoming stock for damage, errors, and discrepancies against shipping documents.
- Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work environment in compliance with OSHA standards.
- Operate warehouse machinery, including forklifts, pallet jacks, and handheld scanners, as required.
- Collaborate with team members to resolve inventory issues and improve workflow efficiency.
Qualifications
- High school diploma or GED equivalent is required.
- Ability to lift up to 50 lbs repeatedly and stand for extended periods.
- Basic computer skills and ability to operate handheld scanning equipment.
- Valid driver's license and clean driving record preferred.
- Strong attention to detail and excellent problem-solving skills.
- Willingness to work flexible hours, including overtime and weekends as needed.
