Responsibilities
- Load, unload, and sort packages and freight efficiently and accurately.
- Operate warehouse machinery, including forklifts and pallet jacks, safely and within compliance standards.
- Maintain a clean and organized workspace, adhering to all safety and hygiene protocols.
- Inspect incoming and outgoing shipments for damage or discrepancies.
- Process returns and manage inventory stock levels using handheld scanners.
- Collaborate with team leads to meet daily productivity and quality targets.
Qualifications
- High school diploma or GED equivalent preferred.
- Ability to lift, push, and pull items weighing up to 50 pounds repeatedly.
- Basic computer literacy and experience with handheld scanning devices.
- Strong attention to detail and ability to follow verbal and written instructions.
- Reliable transportation to and from the workplace.
- Willingness to work flexible shifts, including nights and weekends.
