We are looking for a reliable, safety-conscious individual to join our dynamic team in Boston.
Responsibilities
- Operate forklifts and pallet jacks to load, unload, and move inventory safely and efficiently.
- Inspect incoming shipments for accuracy and damage, and log data into the inventory management system.
- Package and label orders with precision to ensure timely delivery to our clients.
- Maintain a 5S compliant work environment, ensuring aisles and storage areas are organized.
- Adhere strictly to all OSHA safety protocols and company policies at all times.
- Collaborate with the logistics team to optimize workflow and resolve any operational issues.
Qualifications
- High School Diploma or GED equivalent is required.
- Ability to lift, carry, and move items weighing up to 50 lbs repeatedly.
- Previous warehouse experience is preferred but we provide comprehensive on-the-job training.
- Basic computer literacy and ability to use handheld scanning devices.
- Strong attention to detail and time management skills.
- Willingness to work flexible shifts, including nights and weekends, as needed.
