Responsibilities
- Order Fulfillment: Efficiently pick, pack, and prepare customer orders to meet daily productivity targets.
- Inventory Control: Receive incoming stock, verify quantities, and ensure accurate placement in the warehouse.
- Equipment Operation: Safely operate forklifts, pallet jacks, and conveyor systems.
- Quality Assurance: Inspect products for damage and ensure all shipping documentation is accurate.
- Facility Maintenance: Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work environment at all times.
- Team Coordination: Collaborate with shift supervisors and team members to resolve operational issues quickly.
Qualifications
- Experience: Previous warehouse or logistics experience is preferred but not required; we provide training.
- Physical Stamina: Ability to lift up to 50 lbs repeatedly and stand for extended periods.
- Availability: Must be available to work flexible shifts, including weekends and holidays.
- Documentation: Must be authorized to work in the United States and pass a background check.
- Attention to Detail: Strong focus on accuracy and adherence to safety protocols.
- Communication: Basic reading and writing skills in English.
