Responsibilities
- Operate forklifts and pallet jacks to move, locate, and stack merchandise efficiently.
- Receive, inspect, and unload incoming shipments to verify accuracy and condition.
- Pack and label products securely for distribution, adhering to safety standards.
- Perform regular inventory counts and maintain accurate stock records in the WMS.
- Ensure the warehouse floor is organized, clean, and safe for all employees.
- Communicate effectively with supervisors and team members to resolve issues quickly.
Qualifications
- High School Diploma or GED equivalent.
- Previous warehouse or logistics experience is a plus but not required.
- Ability to lift, carry, and push items weighing up to 50 lbs frequently.
- Basic computer literacy and math skills.
- Valid Driver’s License (preferred for some roles).
- Flexibility to work various shifts, including nights and weekends.
