Responsibilities
- Load and unload shipments: Safely operate material handling equipment to move products efficiently to and from the warehouse.
- Inventory Management: Perform cycle counts, stock replenishment, and maintain accurate inventory records using our WMS system.
- Packaging & Labeling: Properly pack items for shipment, ensuring they are secure and labeled according to industry standards.
- Quality Control: Inspect incoming and outgoing goods for damage or discrepancies and report issues immediately.
- Safety Compliance: Adhere to all OSHA safety protocols and company policies to maintain a safe working environment.
- Team Collaboration: Work closely with team leads and other associates to meet daily production targets and deadlines.
Qualifications
- Physical Stamina: Ability to lift up to 50 lbs repeatedly and stand for extended periods.
- Availability: Must be available for full-time shifts, including weekends and holidays if required.
- Reliable Transportation: Must have a valid driver's license and reliable transportation to and from work.
- Experience: Previous warehouse or logistics experience is preferred but not required; we provide on-the-job training.
- Attention to Detail: Strong focus on accuracy when handling inventory and shipping documents.
- Communication: Basic English proficiency and the ability to follow verbal and written instructions.
