Responsibilities
- Load and unload trucks efficiently and safely using hand trucks and pallet jacks.
- Package and prepare items for shipment using proper packing materials.
- Conduct accurate inventory counts and update stock records.
- Operate material handling equipment (Forklift/Scissor Lift) as required by certification.
- Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work environment at all times.
- Assist with quality control checks to ensure customer satisfaction.
Qualifications
- Ability to lift up to 50 lbs repeatedly and stand for extended periods.
- Basic math skills for scanning, labeling, and inventory management.
- Willingness to undergo a background check and drug screen.
- Reliable transportation to the Milwaukee facility.
- High school diploma or GED preferred (experience is considered).
- Strong attention to detail and safety compliance.
