Responsibilities
- Material Handling: Load, unload, sort, and stage products and materials using forklifts, pallet jacks, and hand trucks.
- Inventory Management: Verify and count incoming stock against purchase orders and ensure accurate record-keeping.
- Order Fulfillment: Pick, pack, and prepare orders for shipment with precision and speed to meet customer deadlines.
- Equipment Maintenance: Perform routine inspections of warehouse equipment and report any maintenance needs immediately.
- Safety Compliance: Adhere to all OSHA safety protocols and warehouse policies to maintain a safe working environment.
- Team Collaboration: Communicate effectively with team leads and fellow associates to optimize workflow and efficiency.
Qualifications
- Experience: Previous experience in warehousing, logistics, or general labor is preferred but not required (training provided).
- Physical Stamina: Ability to stand, walk, lift, and carry up to 50 lbs repeatedly throughout the shift.
- Documentation: Ability to pass a background check and drug screen.
- Availability: Must be available to work full-time shifts, including weekends and holidays as needed.
- Equipment: Basic familiarity with warehouse machinery (forklifts, pallet jacks) is a plus.
- Communication: Strong verbal communication skills and the ability to follow verbal and written instructions.
