Responsibilities
- Accurately pick, pack, and ship orders using RF scanners and warehouse management systems
- Operate material handling equipment (forklifts, pallet jacks) following OSHA safety protocols
- Perform inventory counts and maintain clean, organized work areas
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to meet daily production targets
- Adhere to strict quality control standards and documentation procedures
- Participate in cycle counts and physical inventory audits as scheduled
Qualifications
- Previous warehouse or logistics experience preferred but not required
- Ability to lift up to 50 lbs repeatedly and stand for extended periods
- Valid forklift certification a plus (training provided)
- Basic computer literacy and comfort with handheld scanning devices
- Strong attention to detail and commitment to workplace safety
- Reliable transportation and ability to pass background/drug screening
