Responsibilities
- Accurately pick, pack, and ship orders in a fast-paced warehouse environment
- Operate material handling equipment (forklifts, pallet jacks) with safety certification
- Perform inventory counts and maintain organized storage zones
- Collaborate with team members to meet daily production targets
- Adhere to OSHA safety protocols and quality control standards
- Process returns and damaged goods documentation efficiently
- Utilize warehouse management systems (WMS) for order tracking
Qualifications
- Must be 18+ with valid US work authorization and state ID
- Ability to lift 50+ pounds repeatedly and stand for 8+ hours
- Basic math skills for inventory reconciliation
- Flexible availability including early mornings, nights, and weekends
- Warehouse experience preferred but not required – we train!
- Reliable transportation to our Orlando facility
