Responsibilities
- Efficiently sort, scan, and package consumer goods in high-volume warehouse environment
- Operate electric pallet jacks and conveyor systems following OSHA safety protocols
- Perform inventory counts and cycle checks using RF scanners
- Maintain clean, organized workstations and dock areas
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to meet daily shipping targets
- Report equipment malfunctions and safety hazards to supervisor
- Adhere to all company policies and quality standards
Qualifications
- Minimum 6 months warehouse or fulfillment experience preferred
- Ability to lift 50+ pounds regularly and stand for 8+ hour shifts
- Valid Pennsylvania driver's license (for equipment operation)
- Basic math skills for inventory reconciliation
- Reliable transportation to South Philadelphia facility
- Flexibility to work overnight/weekend shifts during peak seasons
- Proficient with mobile device apps (daily pay platform)
- Background check and drug screen required
