Responsibilities
- Accurately pick, pack, and ship customer orders to ensure 100% on-time delivery and customer satisfaction.
- Operate warehouse equipment, including forklifts, pallet jacks, and handheld scanners, safely and efficiently.
- Conduct daily inventory counts and maintain accurate stock records within the WMS system.
- Adhere to all OSHA safety protocols and company regulations to maintain a hazard-free work environment.
- Collaborate effectively with team members to streamline workflow and resolve operational bottlenecks.
- Load and unload delivery trucks utilizing proper lifting techniques and equipment.
- Perform general warehouse upkeep, including cleaning workstations and organizing storage areas.
Qualifications
- High school diploma or GED equivalent is preferred.
- Ability to lift, push, and pull items weighing up to 50 lbs repeatedly throughout the shift.
- Basic computer literacy and the ability to use handheld inventory scanners.
- Valid forklift certification (we provide training if no prior experience).
- Must be reliable, punctual, and able to pass a background check and drug screen.
- Strong attention to detail and excellent problem-solving skills.
