Responsibilities
- Efficiently unload, sort, and package inventory in climate-controlled warehouse environment
- Operate material handling equipment (pallet jacks, forklifts) with OSHA compliance
- Perform cycle counts and inventory audits to maintain 99.8% accuracy
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to meet daily shipping deadlines
- Maintain clean, organized workspace following 5S methodology
- Adhere to all safety protocols and company quality standards
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent; 1+ years warehouse experience preferred
- Ability to lift up to 50 lbs and stand/walk for 8+ hours
- Valid forklift certification or willingness to obtain upon hire
- Basic computer literacy and familiarity with inventory software
- Strong attention to detail and problem-solving skills
- Flexible schedule availability including weekends during peak seasons
