Responsibilities
- Operate forklifts and material handling equipment (including Reach Trucks and Order Pickers) safely and efficiently.
- Load and unload shipments from trailers and trucks in a timely and organized manner.
- Sort, scan, and organize inventory according to company SKU standards.
- Perform daily quality control checks to ensure accuracy of orders.
- Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work environment at all times.
- Adhere to all safety protocols, OSHA regulations, and company policies.
- Collaborate with team members to meet daily productivity and performance goals.
Qualifications
- High school diploma, GED, or equivalent work experience.
- Ability to lift up to 50 lbs repeatedly and stand for extended periods.
- Previous experience in warehouse operations, logistics, or retail is preferred but not required (training provided).
- Basic math skills and ability to read scanners and RF guns.
- Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
- Flexibility to work various shifts, including nights, weekends, and holidays as needed.
- Must pass a background check and drug screen.
