Responsibilities
- Load, unload, and move products to and from storage areas using forklifts, pallet jacks, and other heavy machinery.
- Inspect incoming and outgoing shipments to ensure accuracy and quality control.
- Organize and maintain a clean, safe, and efficient warehouse environment.
- Verify inventory counts against records and update stock systems in real-time.
- Collaborate with team leads to meet daily productivity and safety targets.
- Operate handheld scanners and warehouse management software (WMS) proficiently.
Qualifications
- High school diploma or GED equivalent preferred.
- Ability to lift, push, and pull up to 50+ pounds repeatedly.
- Strong ability to work in a fast-paced, physical environment.
- Basic computer skills and ability to learn warehouse software quickly.
- Valid forklift certification is a plus but not required for entry-level.
- Reliable transportation and a positive attitude.
