Responsibilities
- Perform efficient order picking, packing, and inventory management in climate-controlled warehouse
- Operate powered industrial equipment (forklifts, pallet jacks) after proper certification
- Maintain accurate inventory records using RF scanners and warehouse management software
- Adhere to OSHA safety protocols and maintain clean workstations
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to meet daily production targets
- Participate in weekly cycle counts and quarterly physical inventories
- Assist with loading/unloading trucks using proper material handling techniques
Qualifications
- Minimum 6 months of warehouse or logistics experience preferred
- Valid OSHA forklift certification or willingness to obtain
- Ability to lift 50+ pounds repeatedly and stand for 8+ hours
- Basic computer literacy and familiarity with inventory systems
- Reliable transportation to our Nashville facility
- Strong attention to detail and time-management skills
- Pass pre-employment background check and drug screening
- Must be available for immediate start (within 48 hours of offer)
