Responsibilities
- Efficiently sort, pack, and ship packages in our climate-controlled warehouse
- Operate electric pallet jacks and material handling equipment safely
- Maintain accurate inventory counts using barcode scanning systems
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to meet daily shipping targets
- Adhere to OSHA safety protocols and workplace hygiene standards
- Process returns and damaged goods according to company procedures
- Participate in daily stand-up meetings to align on operational goals
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent (GED)
- Ability to lift 50+ pounds regularly and stand for 8+ hours
- Forklift certification (or willingness to obtain during paid training)
- Basic computer literacy and familiarity with inventory software
- Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
- Reliable transportation to our DC facility
- Pass background check and pre-employment drug screening
- Previous warehouse experience preferred but not required
