Responsibilities
- Operate warehouse equipment, including forklifts and pallet jacks, to move inventory safely and efficiently.
- Perform pick, pack, and ship duties to ensure accurate order fulfillment and timely delivery.
- Conduct regular inventory counts and maintain accurate stock records in the system.
- Inspect incoming and outgoing shipments for damage and ensure proper labeling and documentation.
- Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work environment in compliance with OSHA standards.
- Collaborate with team members to meet daily production goals and operational targets.
Qualifications
- High school diploma or GED equivalent required.
- Previous warehouse or logistics experience is preferred but not mandatory for entry-level roles.
- Ability to obtain a forklift certification within the first 30 days of employment.
- Physical stamina to lift up to 50 lbs repeatedly and stand for extended periods.
- Basic computer literacy and ability to use warehouse management software.
- Strong attention to detail and commitment to workplace safety.
