Responsibilities
- Operate Material Handling Equipment: Safely drive forklifts and pallet jacks to move inventory within the warehouse.
- Inventory Management: Conduct regular stock counts and maintain accurate records of incoming and outgoing shipments.
- Quality Control: Inspect products for damage and ensure packaging meets company standards.
- Safety Compliance: Adhere to all OSHA safety protocols and warehouse regulations at all times.
- Team Collaboration: Communicate effectively with team leads and other departments to resolve operational issues.
Qualifications
- High School Diploma: or equivalent GED certification required.
- Forklift Certification: Must possess a valid forklift license or be willing to obtain one through our training program.
- Physical Stamina: Ability to stand, walk, and lift up to 50 lbs repeatedly throughout the shift.
- Attention to Detail: Strong focus on accuracy in inventory tracking and order fulfillment.
- Reliability: History of consistent attendance and punctuality is essential.
