Responsibilities
- Define and articulate the comprehensive 2026 technology roadmap, focusing on AI integration and automation.
- Lead a high-performing cross-functional team of engineers, data scientists, and product managers.
- Conduct rigorous market analysis to identify emerging technologies and competitive threats.
- Oversee the end-to-end lifecycle of strategic projects, ensuring alignment with company KPIs.

Qualifications
- Minimum of 10 years of experience in software engineering, product management, or AI strategy.
- Demonstrated success in leading digital transformations or launching disruptive tech products.
- Deep expertise in Machine Learning, Natural Language Processing (NLP), and Large Language Models (LLMs).
- Exceptional strategic thinking and the ability to communicate complex concepts to diverse audiences.
- Strong leadership skills with a proven track record of mentoring senior engineering teams.
- Advanced degree in Computer Science, Artificial Intelligence, or a related field is highly preferred.
