Responsibilities
- Strategic Vision: Define and execute the long-term technology roadmap for 2026, identifying emerging technologies that drive competitive advantage.
- AI Integration: Lead the integration of advanced AI models into core business operations, ensuring scalability and ethical implementation.
- Research & Development: Oversee R&D initiatives focused on next-generation computing and predictive analytics.
- Stakeholder Management: Communicate complex technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders and secure executive buy-in for new initiatives.
- Talent Leadership: Build and mentor a world-class team of engineers and data scientists.
Qualifications
- Education: Master’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related technical field (PhD preferred).
- Experience: 10+ years of experience in technology leadership, with a minimum of 5 years in a Director-level role.
- Tech Stack: Deep expertise in Machine Learning, Natural Language Processing, and Cloud Architecture (AWS/Azure/GCP).
- Strategic Mindset: Proven track record of translating business goals into technical roadmaps.
- Communication: Exceptional ability to present technical strategies to C-level executives and boards.
