Responsibilities
- Define and execute the technical vision and roadmap for Project 2026, ensuring alignment with global strategic objectives.
- Lead, mentor, and grow a high-performance team of software engineers, data scientists, and architects.
- Design and implement robust, scalable microservices architectures capable of handling petabyte-scale data.
- Collaborate cross-functionally with product managers, designers, and stakeholders to drive product innovation.
- Establish and enforce best practices for code quality, security, DevOps, and CI/CD pipelines.
- Identify and mitigate technical risks, driving solutions that ensure system stability and uptime.
- Represent Apex Horizon Systems at high-level industry forums and technical conferences.
Qualifications
- 10+ years of experience in software engineering, with at least 5 years in a senior leadership or management capacity.
- Deep expertise in distributed systems, cloud infrastructure (AWS, GCP, or Azure), and containerization technologies (Kubernetes, Docker).
- Strong background in AI/ML integration and large-scale data processing pipelines.
- Proven ability to manage complex, multi-disciplinary projects and lead cross-functional teams.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to articulate complex technical concepts to diverse audiences.
- Master's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field is strongly preferred.
