Responsibilities
- Strategic Roadmapping: Define and drive the comprehensive technical roadmap for 2026, aligning technology investments with business objectives.
- Architecture Leadership: Design and oversee the architecture of high-scale distributed systems, ensuring resilience and performance.
- Team Management: Lead, mentor, and grow a high-performing team of engineers and technical leads, fostering a culture of innovation.
- Emerging Tech Integration: Evaluate and integrate emerging technologies (e.g., AI, Edge Computing) to maintain a competitive edge.
- Stakeholder Communication: Act as the primary technical voice for the C-suite, translating complex technical concepts into actionable business strategies.

Qualifications
- Education: Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related technical field. MBA is a plus.
- Experience: 10+ years of experience in software engineering, with at least 5 years in a senior leadership or architectural role.
- Tech Stack: Deep expertise in cloud platforms (AWS/Azure/GCP), containerization (Docker/Kubernetes), and microservices architecture.
- Strategic Vision: Proven track record of leading digital transformation initiatives and defining long-term technical strategies.
- Leadership: Exceptional ability to manage cross-functional teams and influence stakeholders without direct authority.
- Communication: Excellent verbal and written communication skills with the ability to present complex ideas to diverse audiences.
