Responsibilities
- Strategic Roadmapping: Develop and maintain a comprehensive Technology Roadmap specifically aligned with the 2026 business objectives.
- Trend Analysis: Monitor global tech trends (Quantum Computing, AGI, Next-Gen IoT) and evaluate their applicability to Velociti Global.
- Architecture Design: Lead the architectural design of future-proof systems that remain scalable and secure through the 2026 transition.
- Stakeholder Alignment: Communicate complex future technologies to C-suite executives and non-technical stakeholders with clarity and persuasion.
- R&D Leadership: Oversee Proof of Concepts (PoCs) for 2026-ready technologies, ensuring feasibility before large-scale investment.
- Competitive Intelligence: Benchmark against industry leaders to ensure we are not just keeping up, but leading the 2026 market shift.
Qualifications
- Strategic Vision: 10+ years of experience in senior leadership roles (CTO, VP of Engineering, or Chief Architect).
- Future-Forward Thinking: Demonstrated ability to forecast technological trends and translate them into actionable business strategy.
- Technical Expertise: Deep understanding of AI, Cloud Infrastructure, and emerging tech stacks.
- Communication: Exceptional ability to articulate long-term visions to diverse audiences.
