Responsibilities
- Define and execute the comprehensive technology roadmap for the 2026 Initiative, aligning technical milestones with business goals.
- Conduct rigorous research on emerging technologies (AI, Edge Computing, Blockchain) to identify high-impact opportunities.
- Lead cross-functional teams to prototype and validate future-proof solutions before full-scale deployment.
- Establish governance frameworks to ensure scalability, security, and compliance in long-term projects.
- Advocate for technical innovation to stakeholders and senior leadership to secure budget and resources.
- Mentor engineering teams to foster a culture of continuous learning and adaptability.
Qualifications
- 10+ years of experience in software engineering, product management, or strategic consulting, with at least 3 years in a leadership role.
- Deep understanding of emerging technologies and a proven track record of forecasting tech trends accurately.
- Experience managing multi-million dollar budgets and leading large-scale technical initiatives.
- Strong analytical skills with the ability to translate complex data into actionable strategic insights.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills, capable of articulating technical concepts to diverse audiences.
- Master's degree or PhD in Computer Science, Information Systems, or a related technical field is highly preferred.
