We are looking for a leader who can anticipate market shifts and translate them into actionable strategic plans. You will work closely with C-suite executives, product teams, and external partners to identify high-impact opportunities in AI, Quantum Computing, and Sustainable Tech.
Responsibilities
- Define and execute the comprehensive 2026 technological roadmap, aligning with the company's long-term business objectives.
- Conduct in-depth market research to identify emerging trends, disruptive technologies, and competitive threats relevant to the 2026 landscape.
- Lead cross-functional initiatives to prototype and validate futuristic technologies before market release.
- Collaborate with R&D and engineering teams to prioritize resources for high-potential innovations.
- Establish key performance indicators (KPIs) to measure the success of strategic initiatives.
- Present strategic proposals to the Board of Directors and executive stakeholders.
- Build and maintain a network of thought leaders and industry experts.
Qualifications
- 10+ years of experience in strategic planning, technology consulting, or executive management within the tech industry.
- Proven track record of successfully defining long-term roadmaps for major technology companies.
- Deep understanding of emerging technologies, specifically Artificial Intelligence, Machine Learning, and Quantum Computing.
- Exceptional analytical skills with the ability to synthesize complex data into clear, actionable insights.
- Strong leadership presence with the ability to influence senior stakeholders and drive organizational change.
- Master’s degree in Business Administration (MBA) or a relevant technical field is preferred.
- Willingness to travel and engage with external partners and industry conferences.
