Qualifications
- 15+ years in tech leadership with proven track record in emerging technologies
- Expertise in quantum computing, AI governance, or sustainable tech systems
- PhD or equivalent in Computer Science, Physics, or Engineering field
- Published research in peer-reviewed journals or industry white papers
- Experience scaling tech teams from 10 to 100+ members
- Proficiency in agile methodologies and rapid prototyping frameworks
- Deep understanding of global tech policy and regulatory landscapes
- Exceptional strategic communication with technical and non-technical stakeholders
