Responsibilities
- Define and execute the comprehensive technology roadmap for 2026, aligning technical strategy with business goals.
- Lead research and development initiatives in emerging technologies, including AI, Quantum Computing, and Advanced Cloud Infrastructure.
- Collaborate with executive leadership to forecast market trends and technological shifts that impact our industry.
- Oversee the integration of predictive analytics to drive data-informed decision-making across the organization.
- Build and mentor a high-performance team of futurists, engineers, and strategists.
- Establish partnerships with key technology vendors and academic institutions to stay ahead of the curve.
- Manage the technology budget for long-term projects and innovation labs.
Qualifications
- 10+ years of experience in senior technology leadership roles, including 5+ years in strategic planning or future tech.
- Proven track record of successfully leading digital transformations and defining long-term technical roadmaps.
- Deep understanding of emerging technologies (AI, Blockchain, IoT) and their potential business applications.
- Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret complex data and forecast future scenarios.
- Exceptional communication skills, with the ability to present complex technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders.
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Business Administration, or a related field; Master’s degree preferred.
