- Define the 2026 Strategic Roadmap: Lead the vision and execution of long-term AI research initiatives and product strategies that align with the company’s 2026 objectives.
- Lead High-Impact Teams: Mentor and manage a diverse team of data scientists, ML engineers, and AI researchers to foster a culture of innovation and high performance.
- Prioritize R&D: Identify emerging trends in Large Language Models (LLMs) and Generative Adversarial Networks (GANs) to maintain a competitive edge in the market.
- Stakeholder Management: Translate complex technical concepts into actionable business insights for C-suite executives and investors.
- Product Integration: Collaborate with product teams to integrate advanced AI models into scalable, production-ready software architectures.
Qualifications
- Education: Master’s or Ph.D. in Computer Science, Artificial Intelligence, or a related technical field from a top-tier university.
- Experience: Minimum of 10+ years in AI/ML engineering, with at least 5 years in a senior leadership or directorial role.
- Technical Expertise: Deep proficiency in Python, TensorFlow, PyTorch, and extensive experience with LLMs (e.g., GPT-4, Claude, LLaMA).
- Strategic Mindset: Proven track record of driving product innovation and defining technical roadmaps for enterprise clients.
