Responsibilities
- Answer inbound and outbound customer inquiries via phone, email, and live chat.
- Resolve customer complaints and issues with patience and professionalism.
- Provide accurate information regarding products and services.
- Maintain detailed and up-to-date customer records in the CRM system.
- Assist in the onboarding and training of new team members.
- Collaborate with the sales and support teams to meet departmental goals.
Qualifications
- High school diploma or GED is preferred but not mandatory.
