Your Role:
As an Entry Level Associate, you will be the face of our brand. Your primary focus will be building relationships with clients and ensuring their needs are met with professionalism and enthusiasm.
Responsibilities
- Greet customers warmly and assist with product inquiries and selections.
- Operate point-of-sale (POS) systems accurately and efficiently to process transactions.
- Maintain a clean, organized, and visually appealing sales floor environment.
- Handle customer complaints and concerns with empathy and problem-solving skills.
- Collaborate with team members to achieve daily sales targets and KPIs.
- Stay up-to-date on product knowledge and promotional events.
Qualifications
- High school diploma or GED equivalent required.
- Strong verbal communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to stand for extended periods and lift light merchandise (up to 25 lbs).
- Basic computer literacy and ability to navigate mobile devices.
- Must be reliable, punctual, and possess a positive attitude.
- Availability to work weekends and holidays as needed.
